General Purpose of the Position

Responsible for performing engagement field work regarding consulting projects as assigned by seniors and other supervisors.

Principal Responsibilities

    1. Perform assigned functions according with the work plan for different types of engagements. This may include, but is not limited to, internal controls, client litigation, operational support, among others.
    2. Develop the documentation according to the engagement schedule.
    3. Effectively manage the budget hours assigned to the engagement.
    4. Prepare and submit the require documentation for the billing process of the engagement.
    5. Assist in the business plan design.
    6. Analyze financial reports.

Education, Training and/or Experience Required

This position requires a BBA in Business Management and/ or major in Accounting and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience.

Language, Skills and Knowledge

Must project a mature, well-balanced personality. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to work under pressure with several projects at a time and have attention to detail.

Must be a person of high ethical standards. Impeccable manners, punctuality, reliability, attention to detail and empathy are critical success factors. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) is needed.

Reasoning Abilities

The person must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and to work in a multi-engagement environment.

Equipment Used

PC/laptop, telephone, calculator, photocopier, scanner, facsimile, e-mail.

Physical Demands

The position requires normal physical effort when standing, walking, and/or using office equipment. It may require having good vision to use at fieldwork. Also, may require lifting 10-25 pounds when performing some tasks.

Work Environment

This position usually performs in an office environment under normal conditions.
