About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and map existing business processes using flowcharts, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate process documentation.
- Support process reengineering projects to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.
- Assist in creating scalability playbooks and process guides to support business growth and operational consistency.
- Contribute to the design of quality assurance systems, including checklists and internal audits.
- Maintain a centralized, well-organized repository of all process documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Micro for process mapping.
- Interest in operational strategy, systems thinking, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Certifications (e.g., CAPM. PMP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks.
