Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and client-centered Training and Development Executive to lead the design, development, and delivery of leadership and technical training programs. This full-time position involves managing training projects from start to finish, conducting research on best practices in corporate development, and working directly with clients to understand performance issues, behaviors to reinforce, and capability gaps to address through learning solutions.

This role is key to aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals, helping clients elevate performance, strengthen culture, and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have solid background in Human Resources or Corporate Education, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Design & Development
    • Research, design, and develop engaging and impactful leadership and technical training content.
    • Customize training solutions based on client goals, industry trends, and organizational challenges.
    • Translate client needs into practical learning programs using adult learning methodologies.
  • Client Consultation & Relationship Management
    • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify performance gaps and learning needs.
    • Recommend training or behavior reinforcement strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Project Execution & Delivery
    • Lead training initiatives from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, and tracking results.
    • Facilitate or coordinate training sessions, both virtually and in-person, ensuring high participant engagement.
    • Monitor and report on training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative feedback tools.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for training initiatives.
  • Content Innovation & Best Practices
    • Stay informed on trends in corporate learning, leadership development, and technical training.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of training tools, formats, and delivery methods.
    • Collaborate with internal and external experts to enhance program quality and maximize impact.

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS, Canva, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or consulting setting.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end training projects and delivering results.
  • Background in HR practices, employee development, or leadership coaching preferred.
  • Certification in training, instructional design, or project management is a plus (e.g., ATD, SHRM, CPTD, PMP).
